Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Queriyo (the “Service”), operated by Queriyo (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Queriyo lets you upload documents and embed an AI chat widget on your website. Visitors' questions are answered by Claude (Anthropic) using your uploaded documents as context.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18+ or have your parent's permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass users, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses Anthropic (Claude), Voyage AI (embeddings), Supabase (database/auth/storage), Stripe (payments), and optionally Google Drive. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
